Customized Progressive Training Program Focused on Developing College Level Skills

Train with a well known respected Division I head coach, five time coach of the year (3 different conferences), who has developed many players who have gone on to achieve All-Conference, All-American and All-Pro status. He led three different college programs to the NCAA tournament, one of only four coaches to ever accomplish this feat. 

  • Train through a proven system that translates to both the men's and women's game, level of experience and age(youth-college).  

  • Run drills used in college practices that maximize repetition and skill development. 

  • Passing, dodging, shooting drills focus on mechanical breakdown/analyze and teach proper form (customized training).

  • Work on position specific drills of actual on field time demands

  • Max rep format either individual drills or multiplayer scenarios and situations

  • Learn to read offensive and defensive situations  

  • Master how to read opponents body language

  • Conditioning built into drills, a mixture of low, mid, high intensity drills (lacrosse Fit)

  • Better understanding of the game of Lacrosse, all done in an energetic, safe and fun environment.

Individual - $75 per 1 Hour Session

Individual Package (8 Sessions) - $65 Per 1 Hour Session

Small Group (3+ Athletes) - $55 Per 1 Hour Session
